The purpose of any citation is to provide a way for a reader to find the original work.  To that end, any citation system is just that—a system, which uses specific formats and rules to accomplish its goals. Follow the system for success.

To begin, learn how to cite your sources within your paragraphs. These are called in-text citations.

At the end of your work, you will need a Reference page, too.
